FREIGHT CHARGES AND SHIPPING INFORMATION
Domestic freight charges for Clearance Canvas and Clearance Supplies is a flat fee of $10 per order*. Clearance Frames freight charges are calculated based on Fedex Ground rates. Tara uses FedEx as its primary carrier. Tracking and order status can be found in the Customer Care section of this site (remember to Login). On heavy or oversized orders, Tara will ship via the LTL carrier of its choice. Please specify on your shipping profile any special shipping requirements you may have (call before delivery, lift gate truck required, etc); special handling charges apply. If you would prefer to use your own Fedex account number or would like to specify a specific LTL carrier, we will be happy to ship freight collect.

SHIPPING LEAD TIMES
All Clearance items are sold subject to availability. Items will be shipped within 5 days of your order. In the event that your order in its entirety is not available, the in-stock items will be shipped within 7 days and the back order will be shipped at our expense when ready where applicable.

RETURNS, DAMAGES, CLAIMS
Merchandise is eligible for return if received damaged or a defect is present. (Any damages caused by the shipping company must be submitted directly to the Carrier). Returns due to damage must be files within 36 hours of receipt. To process a return, please complete the form below.
