We sell wholesale to the trade only. A valid resale tax number or a signed tax exempt form on file is required before we will process a transaction. A tax exempt form may be downloaded by clicking HERE. Please sign and return via fax to 770-963-1044.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

FREIGHT CHARGES AND SHIPPING INFORMATION
Freight charges are calculated based on Fedex Ground rates. Orders of $1000 or more will have freight charges calculated at 10%* of invoice total. Orders of  $2500 or more will receive free freight*. Tara uses FedEx as its primary carrier. Tracking and order status can be found in the Customer Care section of this site (remember to Login). On heavy or oversized orders, Tara will ship via the LTL carrier of its choice. Please specify on your shipping profile any special shipping requirements you may have (call before delivery, lift gate truck required, etc); special handling charges apply. If you would prefer to use your own Fedex account number or would like to specify a specific LTL carrier, we will be happy to ship freight collect.

SHIPPING LEAD TIMES
If a frame size is advertised on this site, Tara is committed to maintaining inventory availability in this item. These "stock" frames will be shipped within 5 days of your order. In the event that your entire order is not available, the in-stock items will be shipped within 7 days and the back order will be shipped at our expense when ready. All seamless liners are built to order and require a 5 week lead time.

RETURNS, DAMAGES, CLAIMS
Merchandise is eligible for return within 30 days of the invoice date and is subject to a restocking fee. To process a return request for any reason, please click HERE to fill out our Return Request form.A Customer Care representative will contact you shortly to confirm your request. Note: Web specials and any clearance merchandise cannot be returned. 
 
NOTE:  Aside from damages or quality issues,  returns are NOT accepted on custom frame orders.
